Sounding Conservation: Music for Birds

  • Birds Connect Seattle 616 Olive Way Seattle, WA, 98101 United States (map)

Join us for a special Speaker Series event featuring Ellie Yamanaka, Communications Manager at Birds Connect Seattle and Seattle-based harpist, for an evening of music inspired by birds and conservation. Through a harp recital woven with reflections on bird conservation, Ellie will explore themes such as bird behaviors and migration, the importance of tree canopy, and the impact of reducing light pollution. This program blends music, storytelling, and advocacy, inviting audiences to reflect on the connections between art, nature, and our shared responsibility to protect birds and their habitats.
